Preserving Indigenous Languages: hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ (Halkomelem (Musqueam dialect)) is critically endangered, with very few first-language speakers remaining. Every conversation, every phrase learned, and every child raised in the language strengthens the vitality of this community. We encourage visitors to learn and use these phrases respectfully.
